GrandLinePH at ToyCon 2012
This is the 2nd time
GrandLinePH attended ToyCon, and this year we get to feature new characters from
the Thriller Bark Arc, along with our Bataan Cosplayers presenting the New
World Straw Hat Boys. This has been an anticipated event as GrandLinePH take a
step forward on improving our cosplay skills, sell out GrandLinePH merchandise
and more!

There’s always
a first at every GrandLinePH assembly, and yes we do have a couple of
cosplayers whom we met the first time at ToyCon2012. Here they are:

Another first was that GrandLinePH was able to have our own little
corner at the booth section of the event alongside Cosmic Bytes. We were able
to display our Jolly Roger shirts that have taken quite an interest with the
GLPH and One Piece fans alike.
With this, we were able to
attract more One Piece enthusiast and interested cosplayers, as well as fellow
otakus to appreciate the One Piece art.
It was a photographer-filled event and we are very thankful for all the
photographers and fans who took awesome pictures of our cosplayers. A
breathe-taking portraiture was displayed by a very amazing photographer, Fed

Another photographer who has
been taking GrandLinPH pictures spotted the crew once again, Sir Francis
Legarda. He has been a good friend to the crew and we are very thankful for the

We also had a shot with the super
kawaii chibi cosplayer, Serrenity Fionah,
who was dressed as Perona of the Thriller Bark saga. Very timely as we were launching
Ryuma and Cindry-chan from the same saga as well. ^___^v
We are very thankful for all the
One Piece enthusiasts who appreciated our cosplays and we do promise to keep
high standards on our cosplay. Thank you for all the recognizeable fans and our
‘suki’ photographers who consistently take time to stop by at our little crowd
and take pictures of us.
