The Head Crew consists of people who organizes, leads and maintains the group's existence. They are the ones who started it all.

Majorly consists of the pioneer members, their goal is to gather all One Piece cosplayers in the world and together embody each and every characater of the greatest anime on earth! :P

These people are responsible for the members' growth as a GrandLinePH cosplayer. It's their job to ensure that they grow not just a better cosplayer but a better person as well. They serve as the older brothers and sisters of everyone.
