The GRANDEST GLPH Assembly Yet! (part 2)
Cosplay Mania 2012 is one of the
grandest cosplay convention events of the year. It was a two-day event held at
the SMX Convention Center. And what we have thought on these days was:
"What a grand day to have a grand assembly!" :D

Day two of one of the most epic
cosplay conventions this year and this also dates GrandLinePH’s GRAND ASSEMBLY.
And by “Grand” we meant it! ;3
On this day we’ve launched the
most number of NEW characters and most included the “animal” characters of our
beloved anime One Piece.
And now we present to you the
GrandLine Philippines’ Cosplayers!

GrandLinePH pioneers and juniors
were present this day along with the
Mugiwara KaizokuPH group
whom we convinced to attend Day 2 as well. We even brought Merry along with us
too! :D

We have managed to launch characters on the same saga as
well, like the Impel Down Saga. We have Saldeath, Jinbei (genderbend) and
Domino!

Along with the Impel Down Saga,
we also had mermaids from the Fishman Arch. We’ve launched the royalties of
Fishman Island, Otohime-sama and Shirahoshi-sama :D

And among the furry creatures of
the anime, the Main Heart Pirates Crew was launched that day! It was also the
anniversary of some of our pioneer cosplayers, that including our main
Trafalgar Law! ^_^

The GRANDEST GLPH Assembly Yet! (part 1)
Cosplay Mania 2012 is one of the grandest cosplay convention
events of the year. It was a two-day event held at the SMX Convention Center.
And what we have thought on these days was: "What a grand day to have a
grand assembly!" :D
On the first day of Cosplay Mania 2012, September 29, 2012,
was the dated pre-assembly of the GrandlinePH Crew.
Amongst the attendees were three of the captains of the
crew, Biyo (cosplayed as Ryoma),
Kristalyn Hazel (cosplayed as Boa Hancock) and
Pachi (cosplayed as Trafalgar Law).

The venue was filled with One Piece cosplayers, from random
Marine cos-trippers to One Piece Cosplayers who travelled all the way from
Cebu.

The crew spotted a One Piece StrawHat group dressed from the
Alabasta saga too.
It was a delight when we met new members from the Mugiwara
Kaizoku PH Cosplay group. They were full of energy and joy when the crew met
them!

The crew consisted of a New World saga Monkey D. Luffy,
Sanji, Nico Robin, Perona, Jewelrey Bonney and Trafalgar Law.
The crew was still in for a treat when they were able to
spot yet another new member, Matt Nuecza accompanied by his family and friends
who were cosplaying as New World Strawhats.

Among the new nakamas from Matt's group were the New World
Straw Hat versions of Roronoa Zoro, Sanji, Nico Robin and Nami.

It was also the awarding day of one of Cosplay Mania's
contest, 4KOMA. The crew was able to grab the Third Place, all thanks for all
the supporters and friends who helped us click the Like button on our entry.

The crew was able to display good camaraderie and healthy
collaboration having each of them respectively knowing each other for the first
time that day.
It was a successful GrandLinePH pre-assembly! We have yet to
meet more new members on the second day, and boy it was FUN to the Nth degree!

TORCH 3: A Delightful Meeting
Last September 22, 2012, some
members of Grandline Philippines witnessed Torch 3 (Tournament of Champions)
held at SM City Manila. This was also the day wherein the newest members of
Grandline Philippines got a chance to meet each other.

The gang also met an
international cosplayer from Germany, who would like to be called as Gekko. He
was cosplaying Trafalgar Law in Germany and was just visiting the Philippines
for a short vacation. We got a chance to talk and take a picture with our new
Nakama, Gekko.

He went back to Germany and with
him was a note on his cos book a short message from Grandline Philippines, the
first cosplay group in the country to ever write on his Cos Book wherein
international cosplayers wrote/draw stuff for him.
